Restaurant :-
The Training Restaurant is utilized by the students to demonstrate various skills in preparing gueridon dishes, innovative cocktails, etc. Students are also trained in banqueting.
The Restaurant has been completely equipped to 5 star standards. Additional gueridon trolleys, Salad Trolleys, Desert Trolleys, Small Soup Station, have been provided to give students hands-on experience on a daily basis.
