“Alumni Association” of

NAME: ‘Alumni Association’ of Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition. |

MEMBERSHIP:
The membership of the Association:
| 1 |
Shall be open to all or any person
who has completed his/her studies, at the
Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology
and Applied Nutrition, Goa. |
| 2 |
The member shall have the right to
vote. |
| 3 |
The request for membership shall be
made in the application form approved by the
General Body and should be duly filled and signed
by the applicant. |
| 4 |
The membership shall be Life
Membership. |
| 5 |
The membership of a person can be
terminated by the consent of the General Body if a
member works against the interests of the
Association or his/her behavior is derogatory to
the Association. |
| 6 |
A member can withdraw his membership
if he so desires by informing the Managing
Committee in writing. |
| 7 |
A member shall be obliged to render
his/her services as and when required by the
Managing Committee for the betterment of the
Association. |

THE GENERAL BODY:
The General Body shall consist of:-
| 1 |
All the members of the ‘Alumni Association’ employed at the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition – Goa. |
| 2 |
All the other Life Members of the ‘Alumni Association’. |
