Bikers and Babes was the theme for the freshers party for the year2007-2008. The Party was followed by a session of fun and frolic Mr Balbir Singh was judged as Mr Fresher Ms Mamta Janavalekar was crowned as Miss Fresher
This was the theme for the theme buffet organized by the third year students. The students were dressed in an Arabian attire.
With this theme the Alumni Reunion was organized for the academic year of 2007-2008. Ex-students from the batch of 1990-2007 were present to grace the evening. The college band played live music for the ex-students.
25th Ocotober 2007 was dedicated as women empowerment day by the institute. There was workshop organized for the female students of the institute.Mrs Lea D’sousa gave tips on make up.Mrs Coleen Sequiera and Mrs Shackleton spoke on women empowerment in the Hospitality Industry.
The Valedictory Function for the academic year 2007-2008 was organized on 26th March 2008. Awards for academic excellence were handed over to the students by the eminent chief guest Mr Rajat Chatterjee General Manager Goa Marriott Resort. The outstanding students were 1.) Ms Aurelina Periera Craft Course in Food Production and Patisserie 2.) Mr Oswin Craft Course in Food and Beverage Service 3.) Mr Yadnesh Craft Course in Food and Beverage Service 4.) Mr Aman Jamwal 3year Bsc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration
